Describe the basic characteristics of each of the following personality disorders:

- Avoidant

The Brown-Eye/Blue-Eye Experiment:

In 1968, a teacher in an Iowa elementary school performed a legendary experiment as a lesson on racism for her third grade class.  This lesson had a great impact on her students and has been examined as a landmark study on the effects of how people view one another.

The Psychology of Racism

What is racism and why is it so widespread in most cultures?  Like all behaviors practiced by human beings there must be a psychological basis for it's existence.  In your blog/journal I want you to think and write about what you believe causes so many people to hold racist beliefs.  Please write a minimum of 200 words and include one picture related to your entry.
